Trumpeter Ray Anthony is one of the last Big Band leaders left and played with Glenn Miller and Jimmy Dorsey. The 23 tracks on this CD were recorded by his 14 piece band and the vocal group the Sky liners on a few tracks in New York City 1949-1950. Tracks include: Sentimental Journey, String of Pearls, Serenade in Blue, Autumn Leaves, the Man in the Moon, Ray Anthony Medley No. 1, I Still Miss You.
