At the age of 21, Navy enlistee Ray Anthony was handed the baton to his own band for the Pacific Theater, and these tracks are taken from a 1945 performance at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Honolulu, as well as Ray's postwar 1946 band (with vocals from his first wife Dee Keating) and his 1949 outfit.
